Project Background
As an important producer of petrochemical products in the Gulf region, Qatar has extremely high purity requirements for fine chemical products such as vaseline and wax. In traditional filtration processes, customers are confronted with problems such as low filtration efficiency, high energy consumption, and residual impurities in the products. After a rigorous technical assessment, the customer ultimately chose the blade filter provided by Shanghai Junyi to meet its strict filtration requirements.
Core parameters and advantages of the equipment
The blade filters delivered this time feature SS316 stainless steel filter blades, which have excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for acidic environments (PH 1.5-4.8). The key parameters are as follows:
Filtration area: 30m², filter cake volume: 600L, ensuring efficient and continuous production.
High temperature and high pressure resistance: Design temperature 0-150℃, working pressure 0.6MPa, suitable for process temperature of 85-120℃.
Optimized structure: Double-layer design of inner cylinder (SS316, 6mm thick) and cylinder (SS304, 4mm thick), combined with a 50mm aluminum foil rock wool insulation layer, effectively reducing heat loss.
Pneumatic control: Equipped with a DN350 pneumatic butterfly valve, it enables automated operation and reduces manual intervention.
Environmentally friendly sealing: Made of polytetrafluoroethylene sealing material, it ensures no leakage and meets international environmental protection standards.
Technological innovation points
High-efficiency active clay adsorption: Each batch can handle 1000kg of Vaseline or wax. By adding 100-150kg of active clay, the removal rate of impurities can be significantly enhanced.
Intelligent reflux system: The DN40 reflux port and the DN65 inlet and outlet work in coordination to optimize fluid dynamics and reduce energy consumption.
Modular design: 15 filter blades with a spacing of 60mm, facilitating maintenance and cleaning, and extending the service life of the equipment.
