The integrated sewage treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 100 cubic meters mainly focuses on the technical application and treatment effect of the combination of oxidation ditch and membrane bioreactor (MBR). The device underwent a three-month continuous operation test in a certain village and town, with a processing capacity of 100 cubic meters per day. The test results show that the device performs well in treating domestic sewage, with the removal rates of all pollutants remaining stable at level A except for total phosphorus (TP) concentration reaching level B standard.
The hydraulic retention time of the device is 13.62 hours, of which the hydraulic retention time of the oxidation ditch and MBR are 11.28 hours and 2.34 hours, respectively, and the sludge retention time is 30 days. The device uses hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membrane modules with a membrane pore size of 0.2 microns. All incoming water quality indicators are tested according to national standards.
Preprocessing unit: This unit uses physical means such as grids and sedimentation tanks to preliminarily remove large suspended solids and impurities such as sand particles from wastewater, clearing obstacles for subsequent treatment.
Bioreaction pool: This is the main place for microbial reproduction and growth. Through aerobic or anaerobic biochemical processes, organic matter in sewage is decomposed into harmless water, carbon dioxide, and nutrients required by organisms, achieving the transformation from "dirty" to "clean".
Sedimentation and Separation Zone: Using the principle of gravity, the biologically treated water is naturally separated from the sludge. The clear water slowly rises, while the sludge rich in microorganisms settles at the bottom, ensuring the clarity of the effluent water quality and providing possibilities for subsequent treatment or resource utilization of the sludge.
Disinfection and sterilization device: responsible for disinfecting the treated water, killing pathogens and microorganisms, and ensuring that the discharged water quality meets environmental standards. Common disinfection methods include chlorine disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection, and ozone disinfection.
Intelligent control system: responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of the entire equipment, using advanced PLC automatic control system and touch screen human-machine interface, which can monitor the real-time operation status of the equipment and make adjustments.
Biodegradation: This is the main treatment method used in integrated sewage treatment plants. By adding a large number of microorganisms to the treatment tank, the organic matter in the sewage is decomposed into unstable intermediate products through the metabolic action of microorganisms, ultimately decomposing into water and gas. In the process of biodegradation, the supply of oxygen is very important. Adequate oxygen can promote effective metabolism of microorganisms and improve treatment efficiency.
Physical adsorption: This is a method of adsorbing pollutants onto materials in treatment equipment through static electricity or hydrostatic pressure. Physical adsorption is relatively simple and effective, but it can only remove some pollutants and cannot completely remove all impurities.
Pre treatment: Before biodegradation, wastewater pretreatment is usually required to remove impurities and large particulate pollutants from the wastewater through screening, sedimentation, and other methods to ensure smooth subsequent treatment.
The integrated sewage treatment device adopts a multi-stage oxidation ditch biological treatment process, which can remove suspended solids, organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants in the sewage step by step through pretreatment, aerobic treatment and secondary sedimentation tank, ensuring that the treated water quality meets national discharge standards. The key parameters include:
Inlet BOD: generally 200mg/L, and outlet BOD is also controlled within 200mg/L.
Processing efficiency: The equipment design considers low load and high specific surface area fillers to ensure efficient processing.
Automated control: The equipment adopts fully automatic control, without the need for dedicated personnel to be on duty, saving labor costs.
Efficient processing capability: The integrated sewage treatment device adopts advanced biofilm technology to degrade and transform organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants in sewage through anaerobic, aerobic, anaerobic and other reaction zones, achieving excellent treatment effects. The biological contact oxidation method increases microbial concentration by three times, with a COD removal rate of up to 95% and an ammonia nitrogen degradation efficiency of over 90%.
Small footprint: The buried design allows the equipment to be fully buried underground, greatly reducing the footprint.
Energy saving and environmental protection: Adopting a time-sharing aeration strategy and a solar power supply system significantly reduces operating costs.
Strong adaptability: The Lusheng environmental protection integrated sewage treatment device can choose different treatment processes according to the water quality and pollutant types of different wastewater, and has strong adaptability.
Intelligent management: Equipped with a PLC control system, it can automatically adjust the aeration rate, cope with flow fluctuations, and ensure stable operation of the equipment.
