How to ensure sample purity during the filtration process, avoid secondary pollution, and achieve precise control of pressure simultaneously has become a core challenge for laboratory personnel.

This equipment has achieved breakthroughs in three key aspects: precise pressure control, corrosion-resistant materials, and ease of operation, providing an ideal filtering tool for mining experimental research.

 

Every aspect of this equipment is designed around the concept of "precise filtration in the laboratory", and the core components have been carefully selected and optimized.

1. Overall configuration: Includes the frame, filter plate, filter cloth, hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, feed pump and feed pipeline, forming a complete filtration system.

 

2. Frame and Contact Components: The base frame is made of carbon steel with an outer layer of stainless steel, balancing overall strength with surface scratch resistance. All components in contact with liquids are made of corrosion-resistant materials, including 304 stainless steel feed pipes, PP material filter plates, and PP material pneumatic diaphragm pumps. This ensures that the medium does not corrode from the source, maintaining sample purity and the durability of the equipment.

 

3. Core functional component: Equipped with a stainless steel pressure gauge, which can display the inlet pressure in real time, helping the experimental personnel precisely control the filtration process; The PP filter plate adopts a one-time die-casting molding process, with high strength and resistance to acid and alkali, suitable for various mining samples; The 120-type hydraulic cylinder has automatic clamping, automatic pressure holding and pressure compensation functions, effectively avoiding pressure fluctuations during the filtration process; It adopts a dual dark flow outlet method, with the filtrate directly discharged through the built-in channels and sealed pipelines in the filter plate, without dripping, volatilization or odor diffusion throughout the process, and completely eliminating secondary pollution.

 

4. Power and Control: A PP material pneumatic diaphragm pump is selected (which requires a compressor for use), resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with stable feed and no secondary pollution; The power control cabinet can directly control the hydraulic station, and complete the pressing of the filter plate with one click, significantly simplifying the laboratory operation process.

 

Work process: Four steps achieve precise filtration, meeting the efficient needs of laboratories.
This equipment is easy to operate and can efficiently complete a single experiment filtration according to the process:

1. Preparation stage: Connect the sample of the mineral slurry or liquid to be filtered to the 304 stainless steel feed pipe. Connect the air compressor and the pneumatic diaphragm pump. Check the flatness of the filter cloth placement.

 

2. Pressing the filter plate: By activating the hydraulic station through the control cabinet, the 120-type hydraulic cylinder pushes the filter plate to compress it. Once the set pressure is reached, it automatically enters the pressure-holding state to ensure no leakage during the filtration process.

 

3. Feed filtration: Start the pneumatic diaphragm pump. The sample is driven by the pump's power into the filter plate assembly, where it passes through the filter cloth to achieve solid-liquid separation. The experimenter can observe the feed pressure in real time through the stainless steel pressure gauge and adjust the pump speed as needed.

 

4. Final stage: After the sample filtration is completed, turn off the diaphragm pump, and release the pressure of the hydraulic station through the control cabinet. Then, loosen the filter plate, remove the filter cake and the filtered liquid, and complete the single experiment.
