A leading enterprise specializing in food-grade fructose research and production has recently adopted a magnetic rod filtration system supplied by our company. Food Safety Challenges and Customer Requirements

During fructose production, minor ferromagnetic impurities may be introduced due to raw material transport or equipment wear. If not completely removed, these particles can affect product color and taste, cause equipment wear, and even pose potential food safety risks.
To address these issues, the customer required a 4-inch quick-clamp magnetic filter capable of efficiently removing micron-sized ferromagnetic particles, while ensuring all materials in contact with fructose meet food-grade safety standards.

Based on the customer’s production conditions, our technical team designed a customized magnetic rod filter with precise alignment in material, structure, and performance:

--Food-grade 304 stainless steel construction with mirror-polished surfaces to ensure hygienic and contamination-free filtration;

--Precision-calibrated 4-inch inlet and outlet, ensuring stable flow and easy system integration;

--High-intensity magnetic rods (12,000 Gauss) capable of efficiently capturing ferromagnetic particles ≥ 0.5 μm;

--Detachable design for easy cleaning and maintenance, eliminating the need for consumable replacements and reducing operational costs.
