Ii. Recommended equipment: Bag filter +PP material filter bags

The working principle of the equipment: The bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket inside. The liquid flows in from the inlet, is filtered by the filter bag and then flows out from the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the filter bag. After replacing the filter bag, it can continue to be used.

Flow rate adaptation: The maximum flow rate of the equipment is 40m³/h, which is suitable for your flow requirement of 20m³/h.

Precision assurance: The filtration precision range is 0.5 to 200 microns, and it can stably achieve 1-micron-level filtration, ensuring the efficient retention of metal salt particles such as nickel, copper, and iron.

Chemical resistance: Made of 100% polypropylene (PP) material, it has excellent acid and alkali resistance and can stably withstand the strong alkaline environment of sodium hypochlorite for a long time.

Cost advantage: Compared with other filter materials, PP filter bags have a lower cost. While meeting performance requirements, they significantly reduce long-term operating costs.

Suggestion: Spare filter bags - It is recommended to stock up on PP filter bags (about 10 pieces) for three months 'usage to ensure quick replacement in case of emergencies and maintain production continuity.
