Given that the filtration efficiency of copper sulfate solution is better at high temperatures, the filtration temperature is strictly controlled at 65 degrees. The main body of the equipment is wrapped with 316 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. It can effectively resist the erosion of copper sulfate solution, ensuring the stability of the equipment during long-term operation and extending its service life.
The plate and frame filter press has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, large filtration area and good filtration effect. It is equipped with a PP material pneumatic diaphragm pump, which has excellent corrosion resistance and self-priming ability, and can smoothly transport 65-degree copper sulfate solution to the filter press.
The filtration method adopts the open flow mode. This mode facilitates real-time observation of the outflow state of the filtrate and the filtration effect. Once an abnormal situation occurs, the operator can quickly make a judgment and adjustment to ensure the smooth progress of the filtration process. In order to discharge the residual liquid in the filter chamber more efficiently, a hole blowing stage has been added. After the filtration is completed, compressed air is introduced into the air holes of the filter plates to blow out the residual copper sulfate solution in the filter chamber, reducing the residual liquid in the filter cake and increasing the solid content of the filter cake.
In addition, a specially configured filter cake receiving plate is provided to receive the filter cakes formed after filtration. The design of the filter cake receiving port is reasonable, facilitating the centralized processing and transportation of the filter cake in the future, and avoiding the scattering of the filter cake, which causes material waste and environmental pollution.
Through the above-mentioned equipment selection and process configuration, the filtration system centered on the plate and frame filter press can stably and efficiently complete the filtration operation of copper sulfate solution under the working condition of 65 degrees, providing a high-quality raw material foundation for the subsequent production process
