With the continuous growth of the market demand for high-quality syrup, traditional filtration methods have become difficult to meet the requirements of efficient and refined production. A well-known domestic syrup production enterprise has officially put into use a 1-square-meter manual oil cylinder filter press purchased from our company to solve problems such as low filtration efficiency and unstable product purity during the syrup decolorization process.

The filter press delivered this time is specially designed for the syrup decolorization process and has the following outstanding features:
High-efficiency filtration: 1㎡ filtration area, 15L filter chamber volume, combined with 20-30mm filter cake thickness, ensuring high-precision filtration.
Food-grade material: The entire machine is made of SS304 stainless steel and undergoes surface polishing treatment, fully meeting the hygiene standards of the food industry.
Intelligent fluid design: DN50 inlet and outlet combined with Closed-flow pipeline liquid discharge (closed-flow) to avoid secondary pollution and improve the purity of syrup.
Stable pressure resistance: Working pressure 0.6MPa, resistant to 80℃ high temperature, suitable for the harsh working conditions of syrup decolorization.
Convenient operation: Manual pull plate design, paired with 4 pieces of 400mm polyester (PET) filter cloth (permeability 20.7L /m²·S), simple and efficient maintenance.
